The application fee is only $40 per adult (18 years +)
The security deposit is either $300 or a full months rent depending on your credit.
The application generally takes one to three days for results. Once approved I will give you a call. You have 72 hours once approved to come by and sign the execution agreement and put a $100 deposit to hold the apartment for up to two weeks. If you come back on the agreed date, the $100 will be credited toward your deposit. If you do not return, you will lose the $100 deposit.
Residents are responsible for all utilities. Water, sewer, garbage is billed through the mail.
